WCT-Trading.com is committed to provide superior customer care. We ship worldwide. Most likely via FedEx priority if service is unavailable then an alternative carrier will be used. All international shipping charges will be a flat fee of $10.99. No matter what is the total weight. Please allow 2 days for processing. Once the order is processed, all international shipments will reached their final destinations with estimated 3 to 10 business days depending on the countries.
Returns:
Only if we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong order then full refund will be given; otherwise, no refund will be accepted. To return the goods, following procedure must be adhered to: Please contact us first (via e-mail if possible for speedy resolution) to request a return of goods (in the case of a return being notified by telephone we will require a confirmation of your request via fax or e-mail). We will then issue you with a returns number and advise you of how to return the items to us. We advise customers to acquire proof of posting from the post office or to send goods by special delivery (which has to be signed for) when returning goods.
Packaging Returned Goods
Goods must be returned in an AS NEW condition, in the original packaging. To arrange for the return of goods, please email us at returns@wct-trading.com requesting a Return prior to sending the goods. Please send your invoice to enable us to process your return smoothly. We advise customers to acquire proof of posting from the post office or to send goods by special delivery (which has to be signed for) when returning goods. we will generally make payment within 14 working days of receipt of the return (unless otherwise agreed or previously stated).
