燕 窩 燉 雞
用 料 :燕窩一至二盞、去皮雞半隻,龍眼肉三錢,生薑兩片,水四碗。
製 法 : 燕窩浸透洗淨後, 將配料一起放入燉盅內, 隔水燉約二至三小時,
食時加鹽。
功 效:
病後貧血,養陰補陽。
Bird's Nest with Chicken
Ingredient: One or two Bird's nests, half skinless chicken, 3.78 gram of dried Longan and two pieces of Slice Ginger.
Method: After soaking and cleaning of the bird's nests, place them into the steaming pot with skinless chicken and suitable amount of water, stewing separately with water for about 2 to 3 hour, Add in seasoning, ready for serve. |
