花 旗 參 冰 糖 燉 燕 窩
用 料 : 燕窩一至二盞、花旗參一錢、冰糖少許。
製 法 : 燕窩浸透洗淨後, 將花旗參一起 放入燉盅內, 加水適量, 隔水燉約二至三小時, 然後加入冰糖, 再燉五分鐘即可進食。
功 效 :
滋陰,潤肺,養顏。
Bird's nest with Ginseng and Rock Sugar
Ingredient: One or two pieces of Bird's nests, about 3.78 grams of USA Ginseng, a few of Rock Sugar.
Method: After soaking and cleaning of the bird's nests, place them into the steaming pot with USA Ginseng and suitable amount of water, stewing separately with water for about 2 to 3 hours, and then add some Rock Sugars, stewing them again for 5 minutes and they will be ready for serve.
